This risograph art print was inspired by both an heirloom candle and a Bollywood song. Both are very dear to our hearts. The original candle features a beautifully sculpted iguana figure, and here it's looking like some distress is in the future for our friend. The Bollywood song is from Asha Bhosle and is known as Ekta Deshlai Kathi Jwalao and is a beautiful piece warning against playing games with the singer. Here's our best guess on the lyrics:

Light a match
That way there will be fire
Escape from the cold
That way you will be warm
but you won't have me anymore
because you made a game of me dear
yes you've played with me, played with me
You'll find water where there are clouds
If trees survive under your care, you will have fruits
You won't have me any more, understand?
Won't have me, won't have me
However, you won't have me anymore
Because you promise you'll be early, but you always come late
Hey, you've played too much with me
You've played with me
Befriend a bird, and you'll have songs
If you extend your hand, you'll get rice
If you extend your hand, you'll get rice
You've struck my forehead with a snake bite
Such a big game, you've played
